The role of Maintenance Support
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) checks
- Completing general building repairs and maintenance
- Basic plumbing, painting, decorating, and furniture repairs
- Monitoring fire alarms, emergency lighting, and site facilities
- Maintaining external areas including pathways, car parks, and storage areas
- Undertaking gardening and grounds maintenance duties
- Supporting contractors on-site and completing maintenance records
The ideal Maintenance Support
- Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, caretaker, or handyman role
- Strong practical and problem-solving skills
