Responsibilities
Key Job Accountabilities
As part of the Planning Team you\’ll be responsible for:
Monitoring scrap and repro stock levels to ensure effective space utilization
Co-ordinate the monthly scrap forecast based on site requirements and sales forecast
Working with the Masterbatch and Polymer Planning Co-ordinator to create a structured weekly reclaim plan, using the scrap forecast as a reference.
Monitor changes in actual material usage v\’s forecast and adjust scrap purchases and reclaim production plans accordingly
Assist the Planning Manager with driving sales of Sustane
Provide comprehensive support to the Planning Manager
Attend Monthly Repro and Polymer review meetings
Work collaboratively with QC to drive internal improvements and monitor the NCR report implementing corrective action where necessary
Co-ordinate the monthly stock-take procedure (Mass Balance) submitting all post count reports to the relevant departments.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements
A good knowledge of IT including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience of working in a planning role
Experience of the recycled plastics industry is desirable
Use of the In-House Navision Operating System
Good attention to detail
Team player and good communicator
Demonstrate professional behaviours
