Responsibilities

  • Monitoring scrap and repro stock levels to ensure effective space utilization.
  • Co-ordinate the monthly scrap forecast based on site requirements and sales forecast.
  • Working with the Masterbatch and Polymer Planning Co-ordinator to create a structured weekly reclaim plan, using the scrap forecast as a reference.
  • Monitor changes in actual material usage v’s forecast and adjust scrap purchases and reclaim production plans accordingly.
  • Assist the Planning Manager with driving sales of Sustane.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Planning Manager.
  • Attend Monthly Repro and Polymer review meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with QC to drive internal improvements and monitor the NCR report implementing corrective action where necessary.
  • Co-ordinate the monthly stock-take procedure (Mass Balance) submitting all post count reports to the relevant departments.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • A good knowledge of IT including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience of working in a planning role.
  • Experience of the recycled plastics industry is desirable.
  • Use of the In-House Navision Operating System.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Team player and good communicator.
  • Demonstrate professional behaviours.
