We are seeking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and caring Childcare Officer to join our committed team. This is an exciting opportunity to support children in their early years and make a real difference in a vibrant and supportive school environment.

As a Childcare Officer at Berry Brow Infant and Nursery School, you will:

  • Provide high-quality child care and development across the Early Years setting
  • Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups of children, including those with additional needs
  • Help to create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where all children can flourish
  • Support the development of children’s communication, language, social and emotional skills
  • Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress
  • Promote positive behaviour and uphold the school’s values and ethos

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of working with young children, ideally within an infant or nursery setting
