The Events & Experiences (E&E) department is responsible for selling, managing and operating a successful service delivery of all social, corporate, ticketed and wine education events that take place within the Berry Bros. & Rudd portfolio. You will provide support to the Events Operations Team throughout peak event hours. The role is available on a part-time, 3-day week basis dependant on the events with work rota-ed a week in advance (24 hour week).

What you will do
- Your focus will be to maintain a 5* hospitality standard throughout the event spaces and meeting rooms of Nos. 2/3/4 St. James’s Street.
- You’ll be on the front line, serving our clients and customers while they are at Berry Bros. & Rudd.
- You’ll deliver attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.
- You will ensure all of our events are delivered to an exceptional standard:
- Deliver 5* customer service with a smile
- Responsible for the set up, support the delivery and clearing for part of the events with the rest of the Operations Team
- Guide guests around the building as required
- Floor plan adjustments - set up tables and chairs
- Load in/load out events equipment: Florists, hire, linen, client merchandise (control of lift)
- Ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety legislation
- Weekly dry store and breakages check lists
- Maître D’ when 4 or more events are on at lunch or dinner
- Maintaining of cleanliness in satellite kitchens and event spaces to SOP standards
- Provide support and help complete paperwork in the events office
