The job in a nutshell
In this role, you’ll provide administrative support across the functions within the Inbound team, mainly receipting PO’s (Stock, En Primeur, Own Good’s), transferring stocks (Stock transfer Orders) between warehouse plants on our WMS SAP system and helping in managing these processes in the most effective and efficient way.
Working within the Inbound team, you will be working with the rest of the team in providing the necessary support to other areas of the business to keep the stock control and management working efficiently, as well as supporting the rest of the team with any additional administrative duties and providing cover when needed.
Who you will work with
Internal: Warehouse, Customer Services, Shipping & Compliance Team, Fine Wine, BBX, Buying & Despatch
External: Stock Control, External warehouse providers, Freight forwarders
What you will do
- System usage – SAP, Excel, word and outlook, SharePoint.
- Process all PO’s (Stock, En Primeur, Own Good’s), Stock transfer orders within agreed SLA’s
- Upload and process all photography using SharePoint.
- Manage all paperwork accurately and timely in line with agreed SLAs – customs documentation, freight invoices, warehouse goods receipt notes
- Process internal warehouse transfers as requested
- Process samples within SLAs and agreed processes with Fine Wine and Buying
- EMCS system maintenance, chasing of outstanding movements with suppliers for inbound movements
- Answer and resolve queries and issues received by email and telephone
- Manage booking slots to external & Internal customers using our booking portal.
- Assist in meeting departmental goals, and specific projects that are aligned to the overall business strategy
- Perform other related duties as required by the Inbound Manager
- Ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety legislation
