The job in a nutshell:
- Owns the agentic platform end-to-end from a technical and delivery perspective - architecture, guardrails, working with business leads on design and costs and also with vendors.
- Sits at the top of the Central/Enabling team, with AI Ops Engineer reporting into it.
Who you will work with:
- Internal: AI Ops Engineer; Solutions Architect; Head of Cyber Security, Application Support, Infrastructure and Data teams; AI Business Owner; process area leads (Buying & Order Planning Lead, Offers Lead, Customer Contact Lead) as the agent-owning counterparts across the business.
- External: Agentic platform vendors; Suppliers & SaaS Providers; 3rd party business application partners.
What you will do:
- Owns platform architecture and guardrails.
- Owns the agentic platform end-to-end including cost and vendor management.
- Deliver new and enhanced capabilities in conjunction with the AI Business Owners.
- Sets the governance standards that AI Ops Engineer monitors against.
- Provides the technical input into the AI Roadmap.
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience / Achievements: Demonstrable experience in AI/ML engineering; Proven experience in prompt engineering and guardrails design; Experience with API integration and system architecture; Experience in agent monitoring and performance management at platform level; Experience of enterprise platform governance.
Your Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours:
- Strong platform governance judgement.
- [Desirable] Experience in Lyzr and/or Microsoft Foundry platform.
- [Desirable] Cloud infrastructure.
