The bpi division has manufacturing sites across the UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland and Romania. Berry Leominster is a polythene extrusion plant which manufactures agricultural films. The business is currently recruiting for Extrusion Operators working 12 hours shifts on a 2 days / 2 nights rota basis. Duties & Responsibilities: Working safe in accordance with site procedures and safe systems of work Reporting all hazards and act on them accordingly Housekeeping on all extrusion lines, recycling units and packing automation Monitor of product quality and ensure all quality checks and testing is carried out in line with specifications Monitor and manage line output rates, utilisation, scrap levels against plan/targets on each line
