What you'll own:

  • Integration strategy: Define how Beroe connects with the platforms our customers live in — source-to-pay, ERP, data lakes, CLMs, and sourcing tools. Own the architecture decisions, partnership conversations, and build-vs-partner trade-offs.

  • Standards and consistency: Serve as the integration authority across Beroe's product portfolio. Set standards, unblock pillar teams, and prevent redundant work as we scale.
  • Partner relationships: Work alongside sales and alliances team to build relationships with platform vendors. Represent Beroe's product credibly with technical counterparts at major enterprise software companies.
  • Integration roadmap: Own and communicate a clear integration roadmap. Arbitrate competing priorities across the portfolio with transparency and a clear framework.

What we're looking for:

  • Must-haves:
    • 7+ years in product management, with meaningful time owning integrations, platform connectors, or API products in a B2B enterprise context.
    • Deep familiarity with at least two of: S2P platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), CLM or sourcing tools.
    • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, multiple internal product teams, enterprise customers, and third-party platform partners simultaneously.
    • Strong technical fluency; you don't write code, but you can hold your own in an architecture conversation and write a precise integration spec.
    • Based in the UK or Europe with the flexibility to work across time zones.
  • Strong differentiators:
    • Background in procurement and supply chain.
    • Experience with data pipeline products or products that combine internal and external data.
