The role of Senior PM for Integrations involves owning the connective tissue between Beroe's intelligence products and the enterprise software ecosystems our customers operate in. You will report directly to the CPO and hold a horizontal mandate across Beroe's product portfolio, being a primary decision-maker on product bets that depend on deep ecosystem integration to deliver value.
What you'll own:
- Integration strategy: Define how Beroe connects with the platforms our customers live in — source-to-pay, ERP, data lakes, CLMs, and sourcing tools. Own the architecture decisions, partnership conversations, and build-vs-partner trade-offs.
- Ecosystem presence: Design how Beroe's intelligence surfaces inside customer workflows, not just as a standalone destination but as a layer that makes existing tools smarter.
- Standards and consistency: Serve as the integration authority across Beroe's product portfolio. Set standards, unblock pillar teams, and prevent redundant work as we scale.
- Partner relationships: Work alongside sales and alliances team to build relationships with platform vendors. Represent Beroe's product credibly with technical counterparts at major enterprise software companies.
- Integration roadmap: Own and communicate a clear integration roadmap. Arbitrate competing priorities across the portfolio with transparency and a clear framework.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- 7+ years in product management, with meaningful time owning integrations, platform connectors, or API products in a B2B enterprise context.
- Deep familiarity with at least two of: S2P platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), CLM or sourcing tools.
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments, multiple internal product teams, enterprise customers, and third-party platform partners simultaneously.
- Strong technical fluency; you don't write code, but you can hold your own in an architecture conversation and write a precise integration spec.
- Based in the UK or Europe with the flexibility to work across time zones.
Strong differentiators:
- Background in procurement and supply chain.
- Experience with data pipeline products or products that combine internal and external data.
- Comfort operating with CPO-level visibility and accountability.
