We have an opening for a Research Associate in our highly-ranked Autonomous Research team, covering CEEMEA Financials. Our industry teams are typically only a few professionals in number, and you will have a high level of responsibility and be empowered to make an important contribution.

As a Research Associate on the CEEMEA Financials team, you will:

  • Acquire expertise in your sector working with a Senior Analyst who is a seasoned industry expert
  • Become adept at in-depth analysis of your industry and companies
  • Contribute to our highly differentiated written product
  • Build relationships with company managements as well as sales, trading, and institutional clients

Our Research Associates typically possess:

  • A 1st class or 2:1 undergraduate degree in a relevant academic subject such as Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, the Sciences or Engineering from a university that is widely recognised as being ranked within the top 10-20 global institutions in its field
  • Advanced financial modelling skills including confident knowledge of Excel (may have credentials such as the CFA, ACA or CPA)
  • Excellent broad-based analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg is an advantage
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Relentless intellectual curiosity and a drive to excel at the highest level
  • Prior knowledge of banks analysis or banks accounting is a requirement of the role
