For over 100 years, the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) has worked to create a safer society by preventing accidents that cause injury and death. Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office per week). Candidates must be able to commute to our Birmingham HQ as required.
This role is a 13-month fixed-term contract.
Role Overview: As part of RoSPA's Operations team, you will support the daily administration of our fleet, international, and e-Learning departments. Your responsibilities will include managing bookings and training courses, both practical and online. The role demands high attention to detail, excellent personal skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong administrative experience and computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to organise and manage time effectively
- Meticulous documentation skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems or within a Health and Safety or driver training environment is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
