We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Office Assistant / Sales Assistant to join our busy carpet and flooring retail shop. This is a varied role combining administrative duties with face-to-face customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out general office and administrative tasks
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Assisting customers in-store with product selection
- Advising on carpets and flooring options
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting day-to-day running of the shop
Must be available to work Saturdays. A mutual day off will be provided during the week.
