Bernicia is seeking a part-time Caretaker to join the team at Ettrick Lodge, Gosforth. The role involves delivering consistent customer service to residents and contractors during working hours, with duties including daily checks, waste management, grounds maintenance and liaison with the Property Manager and resident Directors.
You will work 12 hours per week (Mon, Wed and Fri 8am–12noon) for a permanent arrangement.
