The predicted salary is between 25000 - 29000 £ per year.
Location: Ashington or Durham.
Salary: £30,000 to £34,247 per annum
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

This role will involve:
- Preparation and management of the Groups rent plan
- Production of service charge budgets, forecasting and accounts
- Supporting the introduction and maintenance of a new service charge system
- Support continuous improvement and delivery of value for money across the service
Your Experience:
- A good standard of education, including GCSEs.
- IT and data analysis skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- An ability to deliver a high level of detail and accuracy, with strong problem solving, organisational and administrative skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, able to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Experience in social housing rents and service charge accounting, experience of system implementation and a sound understanding of accounting procedures is beneficial.
- Desirable to be studying towards a professionally recognised accounting qualification.
