Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £42,152.00 per annum (inclusive of car allowance).

About the role:
- As Project Manager/Contract Administrator, you will manage the strong and effective delivery of planned investment and repairs and maintenance projects, this will include all aspects of design, contract management/ administration, embedding commercialism and continuous improvement within all activities.
- You will act as the client within various construction projects and therefore must be familiar and comfortable managing client responsibilities within construction.
About you:
Youll need:
- A recognised professional qualification or relevant demonstrable and relevant experience at a similar level (all in a relevant and related discipline).
- A higher National Diploma or Degree equivalent
- Experience of being responsible for Planned Maintenance Programmes of work in a construction environment and for Contract Administration functions in a construction environment
- Experience of delivering related construction contracts to cost, time, quality and customer satisfaction requirements
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of construction techniques
- To be highly proficient in Construction related matters
- Have an awareness of the management of asbestos
- Good IT skills and the ability to understand, interpret and present complex data
