We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Operative with a Flooring discipline, to join Bernicia's Property Maintenance and Construction department.
Salary: £28,851.00 per annum.
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: 5PM, Friday 20th February 2026

About the Multi Skilled Operative (Flooring) Role:
This role will involve undertaking all types of flooring work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.
Your Experience:
- NVQ level 2 in floorcovering or working towards.
- On-Site training, approximately 2 years linked building skills to carry out multi-skilled works.
- CSCS card as appropriate to the role.
- Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment.
- Experience of working in a target driven environment.
- Ability to adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate effectively.
- To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies.
- To understand risk assessments.
- Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
- A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades.
