An opportunity has arisen for an Estate Manager to join our Estate Management team.

Up to £35,877 (inclusive of car allowance) Full time, 37 hours, Monday – Friday Permanent contract Closing 5pm 19th June 2026.

About the Estate Manager Role

You will be responsible for all aspects of estate management, including attending site meetings and carrying out inspections across the portfolio. The role will involve managing a portfolio of unadopted areas in developments across the North East of England as well as other general day‑to‑day management activities.

Your Experience

Successful candidates will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain good quality relationships with a wide range of organisations and people. A flexible approach to working patterns and driving across the North East of England will be a key requirement. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate experience of budget monitoring and working in a performance-focused environment.

Additional Requirements

You will be required to hold a current and valid driving licence.
