Hours: 37 Hours Per week Monday to Friday
Salary: £38,224.30 per annum, OTE circa £43,000 per annum (including standby payments).

About the role: It is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a team, responsible for delivering property maintenance services to all of our tenants in line with Bernicia's and the construction sector's competency standards. The role includes installation, responsive maintenance and servicing of gas appliances, therefore you must be able to demonstrate your experience of these activities.
About you: You'll possess a sound knowledge of domestic property components and materials with an awareness of other building trades. You'll need:
- Experience of delivering a range of multi-skilled activities whilst observing applicable building regulations and health & safety requirements.
- NVQ/City & Guilds certificate in plumbing or equivalent ACS Accredited gas certification qualifications.
- A 'can do attitude' with enthusiasm for the role.
- A flexible approach which includes working outside of usual business hours to provide emergency repairs.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
