Multi Skilled Plasterer Location: Spennymoor Contract: Permanent - Full Time Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary £34,622 per annum Closing Date: 5pm on Monday 8th June 2026 About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Plasterer to join our Property Maintenance and Construction Department working within our Spennymoor maintenance team. As a multi skilled Plasterer you will be responsible for undertaking all plastering and damp remedial repairs and associated multiskilled repairs to both domestic and commercial properties to a high-quality standard whilst delivering an excellent customer service. About you: To be successful in this role you will have a flexible approach and experience of working within a domestic and commercial property maintenance and target driven environment. It is therefore essential that you hold a City and Guilds Craft Certificate in Plastering or the equivalent. An appropriate CSCS card is desirable, and a full driving licence is essential.
