We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Roofer with a Roofing discipline along with the ability to carry out multi skilled tasks including brickwork repairs, paving works, drainage and guttering, to join Bernicia's Property Maintenance and Construction department.

About the Multi Skilled Roofing Role:
This role will involve assisting trade staff to undertake all types of work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.
Your Experience:
- Experience of working at height.
- On-Site training, approximately 3 years
- CSCS card as appropriate to the role
- Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Ability to adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate effectively
- To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies
- To understand risk assessments
- Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
- A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
