We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Operative to join Bernicia’s Property Maintenance and Construction department.
Role Benefits:

About the Multi Skilled Operative Role:
This role will involve:
- Assisting trade staff to undertake all types of work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service.
Your Experience:
- Good general trade skills
- CSCS card as appropriate to the role
- Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Ability to adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate effectively
- To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies
- To understand risk assessments
- Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
- A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
