Multi Skilled Electrician Location: Ashington and Spennymoor (base location) Contract: Full Time – Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: £39,678 per annum. (inclusive of April 2026 pay award) Earnings up to £43,000+ per annum including standby. Closing Date: 8th May 2026, 5PM. About the role: We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Electrician to join our Property Maintenance and Construction Department working within our Ashington or Spennymoor maintenance teams. As a Multi Skilled Electrician you will be responsible for undertaking all damp associated electrical repairs and accompanying multiskilled repairs to both domestic and commercial properties to a high-quality standard whilst delivering an excellent customer service. About you: To be successful in this role you will have a flexible approach and experience of working within a domestic and commercial property maintenance and target driven environment. It is therefore essential that you hold a NVQ/City & Guilds Certificate qualifying you as an Electrician together with the 18th Edition, Testing & Inspection and a full driving licence.
