Maintenance Planner & Administrator
Location: Pity Me or Ashington
Contract: Part Time Hours – Permanent Contract
Hours: 22.5 per week Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Salary: £15,897.00 per annum

About the role:
- Planning and scheduling trade resources
- Delivering high level business support and administrative activities
- Providing advice, support and guidance on repairs and maintenance related issues
- Maintaining accurate records to enable meaningful and precise key performance indictors and management information
About you:
- Experience of working in a repairs and maintenance function
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Experience of scheduling trade resources, administrating repairs and maintaining accurate records
- Skilled at managing a busy varied workload with changing priorities
- Well organised with good influencing skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- 36 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
