Location: Berwick, Ashington or Durham.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 per week

Salary: £36,047 per annum, inclusive of car allowance (inclusive of April 2025 pay award).

We are looking for an experienced housing professional with a customer-focused approach to supporting tenants in meeting their housing needs, ensuring they have a safe and comfortable place they’re proud to call home.

About the role: As a Housing Officer in the Tenancy Management or Allocations teams, you will provide excellent customer service for tenants, delivering a range of housing management services, from allocating properties to monitoring tenancies. Although you will predominantly work in either the Allocations or Tenancy Management team, you will be expected to have a level of flexibility as the service requires.

About you: The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of all aspects of housing management. We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills and are solution-focused.
