We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Property Maintenance Operations to join our Property Maintenance Division at Bernicia. This role will be central to helping achieve our ambitions for the service, in addition to continuing to improve the experience we provide for our customers.

Location: Ashington with occasional travel across our other operational areas, including offices and depots in Durham, Spennymoor and Berwick.

Salary: £70,536.00 per annum. Car allowance of £2,142.00 pa. In lieu of car of £3,250.00 pa.

Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexibility on hours is expected as a Senior Leadership role.
