We are looking for a resilient and enthusiastic individual to join our team delivering intensive housing management to single homeless and couples based at St Bedes House in Gateshead. This is a hands-on housing management role focused on tenancy sustainment, risk management and ensuring occupancy agreements are understood and upheld. You'll work closely with clients from the point of move in to move on to permanent accommodation, monitor and manage tenancy risk, carry out regular property checks and liaise with partner agencies to ensure successful sustainment of tenancy. Your Experience Desirable:

  • Good Standard of General Education, preferably with relevant professional qualification.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a housing related support service.
  • Experience of delivering intensive housing management.
  • Demonstrable experience of safeguarding practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced IT skills, particularly with Microsoft packages.
