Salary: GBP24,310 up to GBP29,122 per annum (career graded).
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

About the Compliance Coordinator Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled co-ordinator, with a track record for data excellence, excellent communication skills and a passion for ensuring our customers' safety remains our primary concern. You will be responsible for keeping the compliance management systems up to date by accurate data entry, monitoring, and verification. You will co-ordinate the delivery of services and repairs through to completion, ensuring contractors deliver works on time, property access is gained, and certification is received.
You will be responsible for assisting in providing a variety of practical support and operational tasks relating to:
- Maintaining regulatory and corporate compliance in relation to lifts, boilers, electrical appliances, water hygiene.
- Managing complex data
- Contract management
- Preparing Key Performance Indicators
Your Experience:
To be a successful Compliance Co-ordinator, here at Bernicia, you will have:
- Experience of working in compliance, repairs, or maintenance function.
- Experience of administrating data, documentation management and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ideally you will be:
- A meticulous worker with excellent attention to detail and who is passionate about accuracy.
- Confident in challenging poor contractor performance.
- A great communicator.
- Well organised.
