We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Operative with a Flooring discipline, to join Bernicia's Property Maintenance and Construction department.
Role Benefits:- 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) for full time employees; pro-rata to part time employees

This role will involve:
- Undertaking all types of flooring work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
Successful candidates will need:
- NVQ level 2 in floorcovering or working towards.
- On-Site training, approximately 2 years.
- Linked building skills to carry out Multi-skilled works.
- CSCS card as appropriate to the role.
- Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment.
- Experience of working in a target driven environment.
- Ability to adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate effectively.
- To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies.
- To understand risk assessments.
- Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
- A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades.
