Location: Ashington

Contract: Full time Permanent contract

Hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Friday

Salary: £26,142.00 per annum

About the role:

  • Planning and scheduling trade resources
  • Delivering high level business support and administrative activities
  • Providing advice, support and guidance on repairs and maintenance related issues
  • Maintaining accurate records to enable meaningful and precise key performance indicators and management information

About you:

  • You’ll need:
  • Experience of working in a repairs and maintenance function
  • Experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience of scheduling trade resources, administrating repairs and maintaining accurate records
  • Skilled at managing a busy varied workload with changing priorities
  • Well organised with good influencing skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
