Join our growing security team and play a crucial role in defending our organisation against evolving cyber threats. We are looking for a proactive Cyber Analyst passionate about protecting systems, data and people.
Role Benefits:- 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) for full time employees; pro-rata to part time employees.

This role will involve:
- Monitoring and maintaining cyber security tools to detect threats, vulnerabilities, and suspicious activity.
- Conducting vulnerability assessments, risk reviews, and penetration testing to strengthen security controls.
- Investigating and responding to security incidents, documenting actions and findings.
- Promoting cyber best practice and keeping training, policies, and processes up to date.
- Providing technical security advice across the organisation and supporting cyber-related procurement.
- Supporting the Head of Security & Infrastructure and contributing to wider ICT change assurance.
Successful candidates will need:
Essential:- An understanding of modern security principles and technologies.
- At least 1 years experience and proficiency with cyber security tools and technologies including firewalls, intrusion detection and SIEM systems.
- Strong analytical and pro-active problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with other IT professionals.
- Relevant professional certification such as CompTIA Security +, Security Blue Team, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
- Experience with threat hunting and incident response.
