Location: Bernicia Head Office, Ashwood Business Park, Ashington.
Salary: £28,680 per annum with the potential to increase in April 2026 in line with a cost-of-living award.
Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday or part time hours will be considered.

About the People Services Coordinator Role:
Reporting to the People Services Manager, you'll have the opportunity to coordinate and monitor key HR projects and initiatives, such as developing a robust workforce planning approach and the implementation of a new HR system. You'll be part of our warm, supportive and dynamic People Team, supporting a range of coordination activities. You'll help coordinate colleague events, including health and wellbeing and diversity and inclusion campaigns to ensure a positive working environment for our people.
About you:
- Essential: Experience of working in a busy team preferably HR related in a similar role
- Proven experience in project coordination across a variety of workstreams
- A full driving licence and have use of a vehicle for work purposes
- A proactive and can-do mindset, able to be decisive and take accountability
- Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative, with minimal supervision and to coordinate several projects at once
- Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
