About the role:
- Planning and scheduling trade resources
- Delivering high level business support and administrative activities
- Providing advice, support and guidance on repairs and maintenance related issues
- Maintaining accurate records to enable meaningful and precise key performance indicators and management information
About you:
- Experience of working in a repairs and maintenance function
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Experience of scheduling trade resources, administrating repairs and maintaining accurate records
- Skilled at managing a busy varied workload with changing priorities
- Well organised with good influencing skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
