Multi Skilled Operative (Roofing)
Spennymoor.
Salary: £29,948 per annum.
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday

We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Operative/Labourer with a Roofing discipline, to join Bernicia’s Property Maintenance and Construction department.

About The Multi Skilled Operative/Labourer (Roofing) Role
This role will involve:
- Assisting trade staff to undertaking all types of work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service.
Your Experience
- Experience of working at height.
- On-Site training, approximately 3 years
- CSCS card as appropriate to the role
- Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment
- Experience of working in a target driven environment
- Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate with effectively
- To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies
- To understand risk assessments
- Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
- A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades
