Multi Skilled Operative (Flooring)
Spennymoor.
Salary: £29,948 p/a (April 2026).
Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday.
Contract: Permanent.
Closing Date: 5PM, Friday 10th April 2026.

About the Multi Skilled Operative (Flooring) Role
As a Multi Skilled Operative your role will involve undertaking all types of flooring work in both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- NVQ level 2 in floorcovering or working towards it.
- On‑site training, approximately 2 years.
- Linked building skills to carry out multi‑skilled works.
- CSCS card (as appropriate to the role).
- Experience working within a commercial and domestic property environment.
- Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
- Adaptability, positive contribution and effective communication.
- Ability to undertake multi‑skilled trade competencies.
- Understanding of risk assessments.
- Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
- Sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades.
