Location: Ashington or Pity Me Office

Contract: Temporary 6-month fixed-term contracts available

Hours: Part-time contracts available, between 22 and 25 hours per week

Salary: £25,023.00 pro rata per annum

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for temporary Customer Contact Advisors to join our Contact Team based at either of our offices in Ashington or Pity Me. As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will be predominantly dealing with repair requests and on occasion more general enquiries. Sometimes the nature of these calls will involve people experiencing difficult situations where problem solving, and customer service skills are essential. You must also be proficient in using various IT systems.
