About the role
An opportunity has arisen for temporary Customer Contact Advisors to join our Contact Team based at either of our offices in Ashington or Pity Me. As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will be predominantly dealing with repair requests and on occasion more general enquiries. Sometimes the nature of these calls will involve people experiencing difficult situations where problem solving, and customer service skills are essential. You must also be proficient in using various IT systems.
