We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Operative with a Flooring discipline, to join Bernicia’s Property Maintenance and Construction department.
Role Benefits:

About the Multi Skilled Operative (Flooring) Role:
This role will involve: As a Multi Skilled Operative your role will be aligned to undertaking all types of flooring work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service.
Your Experience:
- Successful candidates will need NVQ level 2 in floorcovering or working towards.
- On-Site training, approximately 2 years Linked building skills to carryout Multi-skilled works.
- CSCS card as appropriate to the role.
- Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment.
- Experience of working in a target driven environment.
- Adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate effectively.
- To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies.
- To understand risk assessments.
- Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings.
- A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades.
