Bernhard and Company, a long-established manufacturer and thought leader in the turf industry, is searching for a tech-savvy and data-driven Digital Assistant to join our team. Based at our manufacturing facility in Haverhill, you will work directly under the supervision of our Marketing Executive to maintain, optimize, and grow our global digital footprint. Responsibilities (Reporting to the Marketing Executive):
- Website Updates & SEO: Coordinate and implement routine updates to the company website via WordPress. Apply basic SEO and SEM principles to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
- Distributor Portal Management: Serve as the main administrator for the company’s distributor portal. Coordinate user access, upload and organize the latest marketing assets, update product documentation, and ensure global distributors have seamless access to necessary resources.
- Email Automation & Campaigns: Assist the Marketing Executive in building, testing, and deploying automated email marketing workflows and drip campaigns. Handle audience list segmentation to ensure targeted, high-performing messaging.
- Lead Management & CRM: Assist the Sales coordinator in maintaining the hygiene and structure of our CRM database (HubSpot/Odoo). Coordinate incoming marketing leads, ensure proper tagging and assignment, and map the lead flow to assist the sales enablement process.
- CRM & Email Operations: Assist the Sales coordinator in managing the CRM system (Odoo). Handle list segmentation, clean subscriber data, and deploy scheduled email marketing campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and track digital KPIs using Google Analytics. Prepare monthly performance reports on website traffic, email click-through rates, and campaign conversions to provide optimization insights.
- Social media scheduling: Conduct routine digital market research and competitor monitoring to spot online trends and keywords.
- Administrative Support: Help maintain the central marketing calendar, log digital advertising invoices, and support webinars or digital events.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (typically 1–3 years) in a digital marketing support or administrative role.
- Familiarity with website content management systems (WordPress) and email software (Mailchimp/HubSpot).
- Basic understanding or exposure to CRM systems (HubSpot/Odoo) and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data tracking.
