We are now looking for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week.

The Role
As an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer, you will investigate and manage anti-social behaviour cases to help create safer neighbourhoods and support customers to sustain their tenancies.
You will act as an advocate for customers, resolving housing-related ASB issues, co-ordinating effective responses to tackle and prevent ASB, and providing specialist advice where required.
Taking ownership of low and medium-level ASB cases, you will investigate complaints, address root causes and offer support before escalation. For more complex cases, you will use risk assessments and low-level legal interventions to help achieve effective positive outcomes.
Additionally, you will:
- Prioritise, risk assess and effectively manage your caseload - Prepare quality case files for escalation where appropriate - Build effective relationships with internal and external partners - Support Neighbourhood Officers with response to areas of community tension - Assist with continuous improvement and customer satisfaction in ASB management
About You
To be considered as an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer, you will need:
- Experience of social housing, including anti-social behaviour, estate and tenancy management or community safety-related work - Experience of using software applications, including Microsoft Office and bespoke IT systems - The ability to provide customer-focused and responsive services - An understanding of equality and diversity in the workplace - A positive attitude towards your own development, including embracing the personal development review process - An NVQ Level 3, BTEC National Certificate or equivalent, or relevant experience or transferable skills
