Berneslai Homes in Barnsley is recruiting an Anti Social Behaviour Officer to work in our Neighbourhood service. You will investigate low and medium level ASB complaints, support tenants with complex needs, and help empower them to sustain their tenancy.
The role requires NVQ Level 3 / BTEC or equivalent, and experience in social housing. You will liaise with internal teams and partners, document case files, and contribute to reducing ASB while prioritising tenant safety.
