About The Role
The Tech Lead is responsible for the technical delivery of digital products, balancing high‑level architecture with hands‑on development. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team of front‑end and back‑end developers, ensuring that all solutions are scalable, reliable, and well‑integrated into the wider VCCP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and define the architecture for web, app, and AI agent platforms.
- Manage the day‑to‑day resourcing of the technical team using JIRA.
- Oversee project hosting and infrastructure management within Azure.
- Communicate complex technical implications regarding effort and scalability to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Enforce quality assurance standards and oversee end‑to‑end testing using Playwright.
Required Experience
- Significant experience leading technical delivery within a digital agency environment.
- Strong background in C# (ASP.NET Core) and a variety of web technologies.
- Proven ability to manage both frontend and backend development challenges.
- Experience with CI/CD workflows and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Azure AI Services and OpenAI API integration.
- Knowledge of low‑code/no‑code platforms like Webflow for rapid prototyping.
- Previous experience in a client‑facing role, presenting technical roadmaps.
- Experience with Python, especially within an AI context.
