What You'll Do

  • The Technical Account Manager will own a portfolio of client accounts and be directly responsible for growing revenue, strengthening relationships, and owning outcomes directly related to our clients’ unique business needs.
  • You will take full ownership of a portfolio of business clients and:
    • Drive revenue growth across multiple technology brands (Dell, Apple, Lenovo, Xerox, DocuWare, and more)
    • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that translate technology into real business value
    • Build and execute account plans and technology roadmaps
    • Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities — and turn them into closed business
    • Act as the trusted advisor to decision-makers (not just IT contacts)
    • Reduce churn by staying ahead of issues and continuously delivering value
    • Work cross-functionally with service and project teams to ensure execution matches expectations
