The Role: As a key member of our Oncology team, you will provide comprehensive cancer care from diagnosis through survivorship. You will guide treatment pathways, drive evidence‑based decision‑making, and ensure seamless coordination for every patient. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive cancer oncology care across all stages of treatment.
- Independently manage complex oncology cases and ensure coordinated care across multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead and participate in tumour boards, case reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and educate clinical staff, fostering professional development.
- Apply evidence‑based protocols adapted to the Centre’s resources and context.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, ethical, and professional standards.
- Perform administrative duties, including staff evaluations, departmental planning, and other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- Doctor of Medicine degree with specialist registration or board certification in Clinical Oncology.
- Minimum of 2 years post‑certification experience at a recognised cancer centre.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Expertise in advanced radiation oncology techniques.
- Proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams and clinical decision‑making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including patient and family counselling.
- Ability to work independently, manage complex cases, and prioritise under pressure.
- Commitment to continuous professional development, research, and quality improvement.
