The Role

As Head of Marketing, you will lead Bermar's marketing strategy and activity across the UK and international markets. You'll partner closely with the Managing Director, sales team and international distribution network to translate Bermar's commercial ambitions into a focused and measurable marketing strategy. You'll own how Bermar positions itself, reaches its target customers and generates demand across markets. From brand and digital strategy to campaigns, product launches and distributor enablement, you'll ensure our marketing activity and investment are focused on the areas that create the greatest commercial impact. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set the marketing direction and own the strategy, while remaining close to execution and working with colleagues, distributors, agencies and external partners to turn plans into results. You'll also have the opportunity to shape the marketing resources, agency relationships and capabilities required to support Bermar's future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop Bermar's global marketing strategy, ensuring it supports the company's commercial objectives and growth plans

  • Consistent, high-quality brand execution across international markets
  • Clear visibility of marketing performance, ROI and commercial contribution
  • A marketing capability equipped to support Bermar's next stage of growth

About You

You'll be a commercially focused marketing leader who understands that great marketing combines a strong brand with measurable business results. You'll be equally comfortable discussing growth strategy and market positioning with senior leadership as you are working with colleagues, agencies or distributors to turn that strategy into action.
