The Role
As Global Marketing Manager, you will lead Bermar's marketing activity across domestic and international markets, ensuring the brand is positioned consistently and effectively around the world. Working closely with the Managing Director, sales team, and international distribution partners, you will develop and deliver marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, support lead generation, strengthen customer engagement, and contribute directly to business growth. You’ll be responsible for balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution, helping ensure that Bermar's marketing reflects the quality and reputation of its products across every market.
