Job Responsibilities
- Create an extraordinary and unique experience for our customers.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor.
- Meet sales goals and objectives.
- Acquire Berluti technical skills for sales and product knowledge to maximise sales opportunities.
- Complete the necessary administration according to company policies.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service, complying with Berluti’s quality standards and the selling ceremony.
- Cultivate new and existing relationships with local and international customers.
- Demonstrate strong product expertise and passion.
- Respect CRM practices (mailings, e‑mailings, thank‑you letters, etc.) and report to the central team.
- Assist and support after‑sales service in accordance with Maison values.
- Stay aware of industry news and competitors.
- Participate in regular checks and necessary supply stocking and restocking.
- Ensure compliance with all Berluti policies (operations & security).
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Meet KPI objectives.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store condition as set forth by headquarters.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods setting.
- Agile talent with a positive mindset and excellent cross‑selling skills.
- Strong leadership for business results with a passion for creativity and the Maison.
- Service‑oriented and client‑focused, with good communication skills.
- Demonstrate teamwork at all times.
- Fluent in English.
