As a Compliance Manager EMEA, you will be responsible for overseeing the Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health policies within our organisation, with a strong focus on compliance. Reporting to the QHSE Director EMEA, you will be supported by the EMEA Quality Co-Ordinator and the EMEA HSE Co-Ordinator as direct reports.
Your key responsibilities:
- Compliance & Regulations: Translating laws and regulations into practical work procedures and ensuring compliance.
- QHSE Management System: Implementing, maintaining, and ensuring the effectiveness of our QHSE management system.
- Leadership & Team Management: Leading and motivating your team.
- Audits & Process Optimization: Overseeing internal and external audits and initiating improvement projects.
- Awareness & Training: Organising training sessions to enhance awareness of quality, safety, and compliance within the organisation.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder engagement: Actively working with management and various departments to foster a strong QHSE culture.
What do you bring?
We are looking for an experienced QHSE professional with a strong compliance background and a proactive mindset. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably at European level. Proven expertise in systems, such as ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, & BRC/FSSC 22000. Experience with compliance and translating regulations into practical processes. Strong analytical, assertive, and structured approach. Willingness for regular travel within the region to visit our locations, suppliers, and customers.
