Our client is a fast growing power producer with a portfolio of £250M+ projects to deliver over the next 5 years. Due to this growing pipeline they are seeking an ambitious project manager with 2+ post graduate experience to join the team. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and be responsible for managing multiple packages of work on a large renewable construction project.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead EPC package project delivery, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary client-side interface across internal teams, subcontractors, and site operations.
- Coordinate remote and on-site project meetings to drive timely decisions and progress.
- Monitor project performance, implement corrective actions, and manage QA compliance.
- Oversee subcontractor selection, procurement, and design coordination.
- Ensure safety excellence and continuous improvement across all phases.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure effective site instructions.
- Support commissioning plans and integration into overall project strategy.
- Champion best practices, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
- Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills.
- Experience of NEC form of contract.
