2GW currently operational

14GW+ pipeline of consented renewable energy assets
, this is a business scaling rapidly to meet the demands of a net zero future.
As part of their expanding commercial team, we\’re hiring a
Quantity Surveyor
to support the delivery of high-value, complex projects—including battery energy storage systems, hydrogen-ready thermal power plants, and green hydrogen electrolysis facilities. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to large-scale EPC contracts, civils, M&E, and specialist packages.
Your Role
- Manage multiple work packages from early-stage development through to final account.
- Prepare cost estimates, tender documentation, and administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
- Lead procurement activities and monitor project costs against budget.
- Assess Compensation Events and manage applications for payment.
- Provide accurate cost forecasting, variance analysis, and commercial reporting.
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Attend project sites and work closely with Project and Commercial Managers to maximise project success.
What You\’ll Bring
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field.
- Experience in civils, M&E, or renewable infrastructure projects within a contractor or consultancy environment.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
