We are seeking a Business Development Manager to help strengthen client relationships and drive commercial growth within the UK nuclear sector. This position requires someone who can build strong partnerships and translate them into meaningful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain multi-year account plans
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and communicate our value proposition
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities ahead of competitors
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Negotiate contracts and master service agreements independently
- Utilise CRM tools effectively (Salesforce, SAP, etc.)
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
- Support bid development and contribute to win strategies
- Provide client insights to inform business planning
- A relevant degree (engineering, science, management, marketing, or similar)
- Experience in business development and/or the UK nuclear sector
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently
- Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and strategic planning
- Commercial awareness and proactive approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
